We had a g’day viewing the Australian Grand Prix, won by Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz. The raceday started with our version of the popular Australian LLB cocktail (lemon, lime and bitters). Grilled, loaded snags with guac, bacon and Sriracha mayo was the featured dish. A baked cob loaf (crusty bread) with a creamy corn and cheese filling, grilled fruit, TimTams and fairy bread, all Australian favorites, were the finishing touches to a perfect meal. Good on ya mates, it was delicious!
