The Japanese Grand Prix at the Suzuka Circuit is one of our favorites with its backdrop of mountains, the sea and stunning cherry trees. We deferred to our friend Trader Joe for a delicious array of iconic Japanese appetizers including mochi, tempura shrimp, seaweed snacks, potstickers and dipping sauces. Our take on Tsukune (Japanese Chicken Meatballs), a fresh salad with carrot ginger dressing, matcha green tea no-bake cheesecake and the Japanese Slipper cocktail added to the Japanese vibe. And yes, that’s Cora my Golden Pei (half Golden Retriever, half Chinese Shar Pei) who is looking forward to the return of the Chinese Grand Prix in two weeks.
