Cora and I were on our own for the Brazilian Grand Prix, with the family scattered , but we made the most of it. I enjoyed a classic Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff (who knew ?) with Brazilian Rice to set the mood. Between the great food and an absolutely thrilling race, it turned into a surprisingly special solo viewing party. The family will be back for Vegas and we can’t wait!
