Grand Prix Gourmet

Rich flavors, bold spices and incredible food inspired by the region, made our Singapore Grand Prix party a hit. We dined on Singapore Rice Noodles, Spicy Crab Dip, spring rolls, fresh fruit and a stunning Pandan Coconut Cake, all accompanied by refreshing lychee cocktails. While the race itself, on a circuit that makes passing almost impossible, was uneventful, we more than made up for it with great company and plates of delicious Singaporean favorites.

•Singapore Rice Noodles, thin rice noodles dusted with curry powder cooked with shrimp, pork, and vegetables
•Spicy Crab Dip, a variation of Maryland crab dip, inspired by the fiery Southeast Asian dish, Chili Crab
•Pandan Coconut Cake, soft and fluffy pandan chiffon cake with whipped coconut cream frosting and coconut flakes.
