Our Belgian Grand Prix viewing party was filled with the warmth of family, the buzz of friends, and the irresistible aroma of Belgian dishes. We served Croque Monsieur Sliders, Tuna Peaches (Pêches au thon), Radish Butter on baguette, crispy frites and a refreshing cocktail. The biggest celebration wasn’t on the track, it was in welcoming a brand-new baby girl to our crew, Lennon Elizabeth. Between bites and podium predictions, everyone took turns holding the newest little racing fan, while Cora, our Golden Pei, clearly decided she had found her new best friend. Between the food and loving on sweet Lennon, it was a Grand Prix we’ll never forget.
