Mangia! Back to Imola, the scene of last year’s undeniably favorite F1 meal. Maureen played nonna and served us a Perfect Vegetable Lasagna. A Crispy Prosciutto, Strawberry and Burrata Salad with Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette and some Italian Zucchini Scarpaccia were delicious accompaniments. Once again, master-mixologist Caitlin plied us with a refreshing cocktail, the Hugo Spritz. A sweet, nutty Cannoli Pie finished our Italian meal, one that will be hard to beat
