Easter bunnies, Grand Prix racing and some backyard fun highlighted a beautiful springtime celebration. Herbed Potato Salad, Easter “Carrot” Poppers, a vegetarian breakfast casserole and a refreshing Raspberry Bunny Fizz made for the perfect brunch. In a nod to the Grand Prix, dessert was a beautiful Persian Love Cake. And yes, I still make my adult children Easter baskets!
