Chinese Grand Prix 2025

It is said that a meal shared is a moment cherished. The Chinese Grand Prix saw our chefs exploring a favorite cuisine and sharing incredible dishes. We started with a Ginger Dragon cocktail and appetizers including Chinese Scallion Pancakes, egg rolls and soup dumplings, all served with an assortment of sauces. Broccoli in Oyster Sauce and Shanghai Scallion Oil Noodles (Cong You Ban Mian) followed by Chinese Five Spice Cake with Ginger Frosting completed our menu. Good food, good company, good memories.

Ginger Dragon Cocktail

Broccoli in Oyster Sauce
1 lb. broccoli cut up
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons water
Crushed red pepper (optional, but highly recommended)
Heat oil and garlic in a wok or large pan. Add broccoli and stir fry until bright green and crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Add to pan and stir together until thick. Add crushed red pepper as desired.
