Australian Grand Prix 2025

F1 is back and the Australian Grand Prix race was a ripper! We started the day cracking open some Foster oil cans and sipping on Lemon, Lime and Bitters cocktails. This led to the traditional Aussie “Drunk Food,” a Halal Snack Pack. Picture crispy fries finished with garlic white sauce, BBQ sauce and Sriracha…yum! Ours were made with Impossible Meat, by our favorite vegetarian, Maureen. We also enjoyed some Baked Barramundi Toasts with Red Pepper and Corn Salsa, plus an assortment of meat pies and desserts from Australian Bakery Cafe in the Marietta Square. Not to be outdone by the authentic baked goods, we ended with homemade Lamingtons, a chocolate and coconut covered treat. G’day, mate. Looking forward to The Chinese Grand Prix in a week.
