The US Grand Prix at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas always delivers BIG. Just like Texas. We did a little trash talking, as usual, and enjoyed some iconic Texas food including Texas Trash Dip, Loaded Veggie Nachos and Texas Trash Pie, topped off with a refreshing Tito’s Texas Sipper. Our menu is decidedly “south of the border” for the next race in Mexico. Expect even more spice. ¡Hasta la vista!
