Who doesn’t love an Italian feast? The Italian Grand Prix at Monza was our cue to break out the olive oil, so much olive oil, along with lemons, pasta and bread for an amazing meal. Everyone loves cooking Italian and we had an abundance of fabulous food including Italian Olive Oil Dip, Garlic-Rosemary Marinated White Beans, Flatbread Pizza, Italian Chopped Salad, Summer Harvest Cheese Ravioli with Lemon Butter and a delicate Italian Lemon Ricotta Cake to celebrate Maureen’s birthday. As they say in Italy, “There is nothing more beautiful than eating with the people that you love.” Amore!
