Happy to see F1’s second season begin with the Dutch Grand Prix. It is definitely going to be an exciting finish. We dined on a Smoked Gouda & Apple Crostini with Honey Drizzle, Huzarensalade (Dutch Potato Salad), Ontbijykoek (spiced breakfast cake) and, of course, Stroopwafels. The Dutch 75 cocktails were so refreshing. Next stop Monza. Who doesn’t love an Italian feast?
