The Belgian Grand Prix at Spa is sadly the last race before the F1 summer break. We enjoyed a gut-busting Belgian mitraillette “submachine gun” sandwich, piled high with Belgian fries and a homemade andalouse sauce. We probably didn’t need the eclairs, but with Champagne, they were oh so good! Bring on the silly season. Next stop, The Netherlands.
