Tapas-style dining was the order of the day for the Spanish Grand Prix and the “small plates” did not disappoint. Thanks to Caitlin, Ami and Alison, recent travelers to Spain for keeping it real. We started with an assortment of tapas skewers, stuffed picante peppers, garlic and lemon soaked olives, Serrano Jamón and of course plenty of Manchego cheese. We followed up with Serrano Jamón, Manchego and piquillo pepper bocadillas, chicken empanadas, salt and pepper calamari and Spanish tomato + butter bean dip. A delightful Basque cheesecake and refreshing Palomas capped the celebration.
