…and it’s lights out! Formula 1 was back in Bahrain to start the 2024 calendar. There was no question our menu would start with the Bahraini national dish, Chicken Machboos. Bahrain Stuffed Dates, Tahini-Yogurt Dip and of course celebratory Champagne complimented our meal. Next stop Saudi Arabia!
