Cinnamon-Cardamom Shortbread
¾ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. cardamom
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add cardamom and cinnamon to butter mixture. Mix well.
Mix baking powder with flour. Add flour mixture, one heaping tablespoon at a time, until well incorporated.
Shape into balls. Place on baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake 14 minutes.
